We have acknowledged that we have an issue with uneven roughness of the surface of roof tiles. All moulds with-in the roof tiles category will be taken through maintenance and the roughness of the slop will be ensured to be within our standard (like the old roof tiles). Many factors from poor maintenance through new mould concepts and un-clear internal standard is the main reason for the percent situation. It will be the standard roof building bricks we are prioritising first. This will properly take 2-4 month before it has ended.
There are still bricks in our warehouse and it might last up to one year until all roof bricks are rough again.

Reconhecemos que nós temos um problema com a textura desigual da superfície das slopes*.  A todos os moldes dentro da categoria das slopes será feita uma manutenção e a textura da slope será assegurada para estar dentro de nosso padrão (como as slopes antigas). Muitos factores, desde uma manutenção deficiente até aos novos conceitos de moldes e um padrão interno ainda não definido são as razões principais para a actual situação. A nossa grande prioridade neste momento será devolver a qualidade padrão às slopes. Deverá demorar cerca de 2 a 4 meses até resolver por completo este problema (na produção). Ainda existem slopes em armazém e pode demorar até um ano para que todas as slopes voltem a ter a sua textura característica.

O grupo dos LEGO Ambassadors 2007 entregou à LEGO uma lista de 13 questões que necessitam de atenção e resolução imediata. Depois de um grande período de reflexão, debate e recolha de opniões nas comunidades o resultado foi este:

3) Lack of set availability in certain Countries/Continents. (Global Distribution)

4) Poor design of certain parts, e.g. the ‘Mission to Mars’ aliens. (Design)

5) Lack of fan-desired Themes, e.g. ‘Pirates’. (Design and Marketing)

6) Lack of fan-desired Sets, e.g. ‘Minifig Packs’. (Design and Marketing)

7) Overemphasis of ‘Conflict‘, e.g. good vs. evil, in LEGO themes/sets for playability. (Executive)

8.) Increased diversification into non-System toys and products, e.g. towels, furniture, etc. (Executive)

9) Lack of female LEGO minifigs in System sets, and also female accessories, e.g. purses. (Design)

10) Continual information leaks on upcoming LEGO sets/themes. (Corporate Security)

11) Lack of Shop at Home access/delivery for certain Countries/Continents. (Global Distribution)

12) Lack of alternate model images on product packaging and/or packaging inserts (Marketing)

13)More consistent pricing of sets in certain Countries/Continents, e.g. Europe and Asia. (Executive)

É para nós muito importante que estas questões se resolvam rapidamente porque são as mais significativas para a comunidade AFOL mundial.
